Ralph Dale Earnhardt
Ralph Dale Earnhardt was born on April 29th, 1951. He was born in Kannapolis, North Carolina where he lived with his father, Ralph Earnhardt and his mother, Martha Coleman. He also lived with his four siblings, Danny, Randy, Kathy, and Kaye. Earnhardt's father was one of the best
short-track drivers in North Carolina. Although Dale's father did not want him to pursue a career as a race car driver, he dropped out of school and pursued his dream anyways. Dale's father trained him to race until he died of a heart attack. Dale did not race until he knew that he had finally "proven" himself to his father. At the age of 17, Dale married his wife Latane Brown. These two had a little boy and named him Kerry Earnhardt. Later, Dale and Latane got a divorce, which was in 1970. He then married Brenda Gee and had two kids with her. A girl named Kelley King Earnhardt and a son named Dale Jr. Earnhardt. These two soon got divorced and Dale finally married his last wife, Teresa Houston and they had a little girl named Taylor Nicole Earnhardt.
